With 11 years of entrepreneurial experience, Alice founded the Women in Business organization in 2009. At 23 years old, Alice started her first business, a car rental company and ever since then she has been constantly involved in a variety of different projects, including the production of her own show, Feminine business! Her professional activity extended internationally, first in April 2012, when she participated at the international workshop Support Systems for Women Entrepreneurs in South-East Europe (SEE), organized by Israel in cooperation with UNECE (United Nations Economic Commission for Europe), then, in the same year, she was the first Romanian speaker after 10 years at the Global Summit of Women 2012, the largest international economic forum for women. Currently she is a mentor in the European Network of Mentors for Women Entrepreneurs. 


In 2014, Alice started her personal brand of shirts and accessories for women in business, ALISIA ENCO, which reflects her own vision on a businesswomen’s attire.

A graduate of the Faculty of Transports of the Politehnica University in Bucharest when the market economy was starting, Madalina started her career with RENAULT TRUCKS starting the showroom office in Romania.

Her rigorous, organized and communicative persona, as well as her extensive experience, helped her to be active in completely diverse fields such as the Car Industry (Renault), Telecommunication (Orange Romania), Construction (Heidelbergcement and Tarmac), Oil@Gas (Walter Tosto Romania).


A passion-driven entrepreneur, Adina Filculescu has been running her own business in floral design and event planning, enRose Design, since 2009. In 2015, due to her interest in innovation, as well as in refined art, Adina introduced a unique coffee shop concept in Bucharest: Botanique Bouquet de Café. A mix of flower shop and French café, this new place has been regarded as a sophisticated place to be in the picturesque city center of the Capital. 

She is is also pursuing her Academic career, being a PhD student in the field of women entrepreneurship and innovation in event planning. Adina is also teaching the Negotiation Techniques course to 3rd year students at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
